We liked that it was clean and staff especially the nightshift team where more than very helpful. The location was not an issue as a bus service took you into the centrum from approx 200 yard from hotel. Taxi cost approx 12 euro.

Friendly staff, good facilities, excellent breakfast. Everything was clean, and we felt welcome. Very dog friendly; the abundant welcome package to our furry friend was a nice surprise! Parking was easy and safe in front of the hotel.

The staff were very nice and the hotel does have quite a few amenities for children with lots of greens space, ping pong, an outdoor play area and an indoor play area with X-box. They even provided some special dog food in the room for our dog. Restaurant and breakfast were good and the Easter eggs and Easter cake for breakfast were a very nice touch.

We enjoyed the pool! And the garden and the nice big secluded playground where the kids could get they’re energy out without bothering anyone. Breakfast was great, freshly made eggs, really good croissants and fresh bread, delicious melon. The bed was comfortable. We got a real double bed and room within babyphone reach from the bar as requested. Staff were friendly and welcoming and very nice to the children.

Novotel maastricht is a convenient, comfortable, and enjoyable hotel, most especially in the swimming pool .The hotel combines good value with unique and inspiring design elements and uncompromising service, making it ideal for business and leisure travelers seeking a stylish but unpretentious environment. Most of all the food is delicious .. and the staff is friendly.. Thank you

The room was comfortable and my pup got a great gift box upon arrival. Loved they had a filtered water dispenser in the lobby. Parking wasn't reserved but there were plenty of spaces. A short drive across the bridge to the city center.

Its Brilliant location, 15 min walk to the river and all the Shops and restaurants. They also prepared for our dog little goodie bag in our room on arrival. Kids got activity packs that kept them busy when we went out in the evening.

Absolutely fantastic staff and place. Joost was the host with the most. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he went out of his way for you. Should be proud to have him on board. Saying that all the staff couldn't be faulted.

Good place to stay overnight for a weekend. Ideal place out of the centrum but close, so you can enjoy the great shops, museums and restaurants. Hotel is nice, comfortable,.clean, good staff. Has also a nice pool for a cooldown. Has a restaurant with good food too.

Perfect breakfast with a big variety of food. Very good clean swimming pool (especially for kids!). Bathtub was small, but good! A sofa transforms to a big bed. The staff was very kind to make a check-in a little bit earlier.
